After verification, we may:
Replace the incorrect item, or
Process a refund, at our discretion
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:
Fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, paneer, bakery items, and grocery products once delivered (unless damaged or incorrect)
Orders where delivery failed due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
Minor quantity or weight variations common in fresh produce
Requests raised after the allowed reporting period
4. Returns Policy
We do not accept physical returns of food, grocery, or perishable items.
This policy is enforced to maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout on our Hostinger-powered website.
Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
