b) Incorrect Items Delivered

If an item delivered does not match your order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

After verification, we may:

  • Replace the incorrect item, or

  • Process a refund, at our discretion

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, paneer, bakery items, and grocery products once delivered (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Orders where delivery failed due to incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Minor quantity or weight variations common in fresh produce

  • Requests raised after the allowed reporting period

4. Returns Policy

  • We do not accept physical returns of food, grocery, or perishable items.

  • This policy is enforced to maintain hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout on our Hostinger-powered website.

  • Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
